Your standard collaboration platform

EasyChat is using the collaboration platform you are using in your company for the communication. We are not providing an own collaboration platform. If you do not have a platform, we recommend Mattermost, which is free for this purpose.

Allow teams to answer questions

The communication is not bound to user. Everyone in a team who as access to the communication channel of the collaboration platform can answer questions, independently where the team member is sitting or which device the team member is using.

The service is high-available with the 99,95% guarantee. In a 5-minute interval only 5 of 10.000 request will fail.

Our service is high-available 24/7. Your team’s service are maybe not. Configure your “Openings-Times”, when the chat is available.

If needed, you can disable the chat completely (during the startup or during holidays).

EasyChat is GDPR ready

No cookies, no third-party components are used with EasyChat.

The chat service is provided by a server in your region, like America, Europe (EU), Asia, Africa and Australia.

EasyChat does not need and does not store any personal data. We are just collecting technical data (without the IP-Address) for providing a proper service. We do not share any data with third-parties.

EasyChat has a default layout. You are able to change the design by yourself or
to use our design service to redesign the chat window (additional service).
